(2) certification product certification or certification implementation rules applicable in version or change, authentication client not within a prescribed period of time the change procedures as required, or products did not meet the requirements of the change;

(3) the supervision and inspection results prove that authentication client, in violation of the provisions of the CCC certification implementation rules (including the product sampling inspection is unqualified, plant supervision and inspection is unqualified, product consistency problems, etc.) or the certification body requirements, but through the improvement can meet the certification requirements;

(4) certification client/parties use the certification certificate and mark, not according to stipulations on the need to carry out the investigation;

(5) certification client/parties without good reason not to accept or not within the prescribed time limit, accredited by the relevant state departments or agencies without notifying the supervision and inspection or supervision and sampling inspection;

(6) certification client/parties don't cooperate with the relevant state departments or certification bodies according to CCC certification implementation rules extraction in marketing or sales places samples for testing;

(7) certification information (if the applicant/manufacturer/name or address of the manufacturer, the product model or specification, etc.) changes or there is evidence that the organizational structure of the factory, quality assurance system has greatly changed, the certification client did not apply to the certification body for the change approval or registration;

(8) due to reasons such as production of seasonal, according to the order production, certification client apply for suspension of certification;

(9) other certification certificate shall be suspended.
